It's a bit of a bummer that on Mondays, the one day I am consistently off from work every week, most museums in NY are closed. But there are a few that remain open, one being the wonderful Museum of Natural History. Not really being a history buff in particular, I haven't been to this museum very often. However, visiting with LPP made it seem as if I were viewing the entire museum through new eyes. It piqued my curiosity and made me appreciate the vast world that we live in, with all of its stories, its cultures, its peoples. I am hoping to make Museum Mondays a regular outing for me and LPP.
